Villa Ema&Lukas Chalet's Dalmatia VILLA EMA

The comfortable and tastefully furnished holiday house is located in a quiet place

near the town of Zadar.

It consists of five bedrooms, two bathrooms, a toilet, a

kitchen and living room, and an activity room. Since there are ways to play upstairs

and the garden is fenced, it is an ideal accommodation for families with children. Refresh yourself in the swimming pool, swim a few laps, then enjoy the shady spot

under the pavilion or the umbrella. On comfortable lounge chairs you can work

on your

complexion, sipping on a glass of refreshing drink or just relax. The game

enthusiastic members can play with billiards and darts and can test their skills and

dexterity. The kids can play on the swing. Then you can cook on the grill together

something delicious and end the day with it. The second floor balcony offers a

beautiful view of the surroundings of Sukosan and on the sea. There is also the

next beach. In any case, we recommend excursions to the cities of Zadar, Biograd

na Moru, Sibenik or to the national parks Paklenica, Krka, Velebit, which will delight

you with beautiful nature. The Vrana Lake Nature Park is also nearby. You will not

be sorry to have made this holiday and will definitely richer by a few nice photos! VILLA LUKAS

The object in the Mediterranean and rustic style is situated directly on the beach

of Sukošan. Villa Lukas offers over 20 years rooms with breakfast and a relaxing,

friendly and above all, a family atmosphere. For this reason, the Villa Lukas

enjoys a large number of regular guests and families who come for many years

repeatedly. There are 4 rooms with double beds, with bath and shower, as well as

air conditioning and satellite TV. The rich breakfast buffet is served on the shared

terrace. The property is completely fenced and has a large garden with barbecue. Common

barbecues with the host are not uncommon. Enjoy the proximity to relax on the beach and also the possibility in the quiet garden

on our beach chairs!

A small town as well as a harbor, located in the spacious bay of Zlatna luka, 10km fto the south-east of Zadar. The population is involved in agriculture, olive growing, vine growing and tourism. Tourism started developing during the 1920; the first tourists were German and Czechs. The actual date of the foundation is not reliable, but it is assumed that the town was founded during the roman rule.
