在研究中發現98％的喝茶的人都會扔掉剩下的茶渣，這是一種浪費。其實剩茶渣在日常生活和社會環境都有很多貢獻。

“用茶”計劃是一個永續設計，建立真正全面慢生活。我們不但會教人學習如何混搭去喝一杯茶。另外提供風乾工具吹乾自己喝茶後的濕茶渣，然後收集他們茶渣。

重點是，我們會將茶渣收集到香港農場，生產有機肥料。同時重用茶渣製成日常生活小幫手，包括茶肥皂，護髮素，防蚊蟲蠟燭，茶葉再造紙，茶枕頭等......我們希望為剩下的茶渣增加價值，照顧環境生活，譲慢生活概念附加在喝茶與用茶中！
