Note: Delivery options apply to physical addresses within Hong Kong. If no one is available to accept delivery, we will attempt another delivery and hold your product for up for 3 days. If we are unable to deliver after 3 days, we will consider the delivery as failed. On receipt of a failed delivery, Cina Floral Design Co. would not refund the order value and the delivery charge.
