本院以弘揚中華文化，致力通過藝術同好間的創作、研究、交流、發表等方式，繁榮本地藝術為目的。 並以創造藝術家創作之良好環境為宗旨，透過對於優秀藝術人才的推舉以打造藝術精英團隊。以本港為中心，聯繫各地藝術家，互相交流促進，為本地藝術發展做出貢獻。
