用上西班牙栗子豬燒成的叉燒,肉質非常鬆軟,肉味香濃,油脂入口即化,加上少少的燶邊,口感和味道遠勝一般坊間的叉燒,加上兩隻太陽煎雙蛋和翠綠的時蔬,令一碟平平無奇的叉燒飯帶出更高的層次!

茅台醬油雞飯($65)

Perched on the 25th floor of 208 JOHNSTON, the restaurant offers stunning views of the city skyline, providing a breathtaking backdrop that evolves throughout the day. Upon entering, you’ll be welcomed by rich Italian accents that set the tone for a dining experience steeped in elegance and charm. Soft, ambient lighting casts a gentle glow over the space, creating a cozy yet sophisticated atmosphere. With Traditional recipes, regional specialties, fresh ingredients, and authentic cooking techniques, every dish at AMA is a testament to the “Love” and “Tradition” that define Italian cuisine.

Cozze Impepate Al Carbons (HK$148)
The black muzzles were plump, juicy, and incredibly fresh, served in a spicy tomato & white wine broth, and we couldn’t resist soaking up every last drop of crusty bread.

Tartare Di Gamberi Blu (HK$208)
The freshness of the Blue Prawn is brought out even further when contrasting it with the spicy lime zest and beetroot. Top it all off, the deep-fried prawn head provides an interesting interplay of flavors and textures.

Spigola Seabass (HK$368)
The whole grilled boneless Seabass is a true standout, showcasing a beautifully crispy golden-brown skin that gives way to tender, succulent flesh beneath. Each bite is a delicate explosion of flavor, perfectly seasoned to enhance the fish’s natural sweetness.

With over 75 years and now in the hands of its third generation of family owners, this time-honored restaurant has successfully retained the charm of a bygone era and the flavor that combines tradition, quality, and the sense of nostalgia that comes from family recipes passed down through generations.
As you step through the door, you’re immediately transported back in time. The exposed stone walls are adorned with sepia-toned photographs and yellowed newspaper clippings, each telling a piece of The Better Ole Bar & Restaurant’s storied history.

Baked Escargot Bourguignon (HK$69)
A must-ordered appetizer, Baked Snail. Instead of using the traditional parsley butter, the garlic butter brings out the flavor of this dish even more, and this grandmother’s recipe is still used today.

Surf & Turf (HK$369)
The Half Aussie Lobster Thermidor is rich & decadent and features succulent lobster meat in a creamy, nicely browned cheesy sauce. The exterior of the US Tenderloin Steak has a fantastic sear, when sliced, the interior reveals a beautiful pink, medium-rare center that is brimming with beefy goodness.

Aussie Wagyu M7 Ribeye 250g (HK$299)
The ribeye is well-executed, and charred, with a bit of light crust on the outside, and juicy pink on the inside.

Soup & Bread
The Borscht is much richer than the typical Hong Kong style’s classic version, full of flavor with lots of vegetables and chunks of beef. Paired with their homemade bread, hearty and comforting!

Beck’s Mango Beer (HK$49)
Beck’s beer with mango, slightly fruity with a touch of sweetness.

Mint Lime Soda (HK$39)

Authenticity, Affordability, Accessibility, and Atmosphere - these are the hallmarks of Nadagogo 灘五鄉, a charming Izakaya nestled in Ship Street amid Wanchai’s vibrant neighborhood.
Stepping into Nadagogo is like being transported to a hidden gem of Japanese culinary culture. The decor exudes an air of rustic authenticity and a cozy, intimate atmosphere that instantly puts you at ease.
Despite the authenticity and quality of the fare, the prices remain remarkably reasonable, making it accessible to a wide range of customers.
Came here for lunch, and lunch set prices ranged from HK$138-HK$328, sets are served with Appetizer, Pickles, Streamed Egg Custard, Rice, and Miso Soup.

Daily Sashimi Set - 5 kinds (HK$328/Lunch Set)
5-kind daily sashimi comes with Aka-ebi 赤蝦, Shima Aji 深海池魚, Madai 真鯛, Akami 赤身 and Chutoro 中拖羅.
The chutoro has a good balance of fattiness and richness, the fat is spread evenly throughout the meat. The lean-cut Akami has a delicate texture and a good depth of flavor. The Shima Aji and Madai are super fresh and bouncy, while the aka-Ebi has a springy texture with a sweet ending.

Chef’s Recommendation Wagyu Steak Set (HK$328/Lunch Set)
The Wagyu steak was incredibly flavorful and indulgent, each bite was tender, juicy, and packed with a satisfying taste that lingered pleasantly.

The rhythmic chopping, the sizzle of the teppan grill, the enticing aromas, and the visually impressive plating all come together to create a truly engaging teppanyaki dining experience.

A satisfying wrap loaded with Japanese pork, onions, and spring onions.

鹿兒島和牛
Every bite of the Wagyu was a pleasant experience and sumptuous good. You may first simply taste the original taste, then try to dip it with the rock salt, and wasabi, or just have fried garlic slices together.

炒飯
A simple yet filling fried rice, full of rich savory flavors.

吸物
The milky white, delicate fish soup was rich and fragrant.

炒野菜
The mixed vegetable simply balances out the meal.

甘味
Last but not least, save room for dessert - Caramelised toast and Milk Pudding.
