迎來一個愉快既週末，現在Spiritus為大家帶來一個好消息。期待已久半世紀系列終於可以面世，而半世紀系列會以50年以上作品為基礎。所以從酒標設計開始，使用古歐洲雕版畫風及燙金等元素，希望為大家逞現古典風格跟酒體相映成趣。

第一支作品由1971年釀造，經歷了半個世紀50年陳釀，像落花流水般相遇於2021年11月裝瓶。今次作品，可比喻為週末限定市集。首先進入了熱帶水果市場，迎來陣陣葡萄、蘋果、黃桃、芒果等熱帶水果。旁邊還有製作蘋果批中的攤檔，煮熟的蘋果配以蜜糖及風糖漿等。再步向前方，誰入了木器店並帶有微微的橡木香氣，配上一杯水果紅茶及一塊黑朱古力。在回家旅途上，味道絲絲遺漏在味蕾，並為這旅程完美作結。

Spiritus致力搜羅不同類型而優秀的酒類供大家品飲細嚐，希望能體現品牌的原意 ‘Spirits with us’ 以酒會友。我們想大家能夠以最原始的方式去感受作品，所以決定不加水稀釋，直接從酒桶取出酒液裝瓶，這樣更能突顯出酒體的層次、複雜度及獨特性。這次所選的的法國干邑酒莊 JLP Cognac Pasquet ，是近年備受不同著名獨立裝瓶商追捧的酒莊，多個作品在短時間內均屢獲好評。

Spiritus want to bring out the complexity and uniqueness of this congac, we did not go the traditional way. Not a blended congac, it is bottled straight from the single cask without being watered down.

The idea came from our first Half-Century bottle which is a Cognac matured over 50 years. Spiritus will keep bringing you excellent bottles collaborated with our amazing partner Jean-Luc Pasquet for this series. STAY TUNED!
