𝗦𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝘀𝗵𝗲𝗹𝘃𝗲𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘀𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘀
The Contour Lines Bamboo department began when Nictê and Ulysses launched the original Contour Lines Center back in 2021, and used their engineering and design backgrounds to furnish the place themselves.
They trained up Mayra, who began as local apprentice and has now become a master training others across the country.
They designed a wide range of furniture models, from bar & stool sets, tables & chairs, baby accessories like fences, bedguards and kitchen towers (so the littles can safely help mama cook), bookshelves, bodega storage racks, as well as several models of display shelves.
Now, as we distribute Contour Lines products into stores throughout Guatemala, we set them up with these shelves made by our bamboo team (see locations below).
And as environemental consciousness grows, so does demand for bamboo—a material that can be harvested after 5 years then immediately resprouts for more (compared to wood, which can be harvested after 20 and leaves the area deforested).
And as the demand for bamboo grows, so does our team💪
