Private residence in Psychiko, Athens

Walk-in closet in oak veneer, designed and crafted with absolute attention to detail.

The veneer was carefully selected with the aim of achieving a natural continuity of the grain, allowing all surfaces to read as one unified whole. The matching and joining process highlights the uniqueness of the material and the strength of simplicity.

Sliding glass doors enhance the transparency of the space while clearly showcasing the texture and depth of the wood.

We were commissioned to provide bespoke freestanding furniture made out of birch plywood and assembled with miter joints.

Built with specialist care, the freestanding units highlight their finish material and complement the architectural intent.

Seamless surfaces and precision detailing allow for the material to stand out as a soothing presence, participating in the minimalist composition of the room with warm natural tones and natural wood grain patterns.

A space designed around oak and natural light. Doors, wardrobes, and sliding elements combine solid oak and oak veneer, seamlessly integrating glass and lacquered details. The sliding doors meet at a perfect mitered corner. A custom oak and lacquer desk features a fluid, curved surface that flows naturally into the vertical planes, creating a seamless form. The headboard features Diafos Abet Laminati , and the ceiling has been clad in a bronze metal finish, echoing the warmth of the wood. A fireplace surround with curved detailing and lacquered slats adds subtle elegance. Every surface reflects careful craftsmanship, creating an environment that feels balanced, warm, and refined.

A kitchen that harbours a warm and elegant atmosphere, combining high aesthetics natural and modern materials. The cabinets are finished with walnut veneer, whose natural appearance and texture have been maintained and highlighted, as well as mirrored and matte lacquer surfaces for a clean and sophisticated look. The balance between the warmth of the wood and the simplicity of industrial surfaces creates an ideal space for cooking and gathering, where comfort and a welcoming atmosphere prevail.

Wardrobe.

Simple lines cover a well furnished storage space. Complementary colors create vibrant contrasts in an otherwise simple piece of equipment.

All wooden elements were custom made out of natural oak veneer. The veneer hue was the result of a thorough sampling process, taking into account the finishes of preexisting wooden elements in the same space, such as floor, frames and sliding doors.

Bathroom furniture.

All wooden elements were custom made out of natural oak veneer applied on plywood for maximum resistance to humidity. The veneer hue was the result of a thorough sampling process, taking into account the tile colors. Special varnishes were aplied in order to preserve as much as possible the wood grain of natural oak.

Fireplace with Tinos marble and oak finishes.

The wooden composition was specially designed simulating traits of the late 60s & early 70s Athenian modernism, preserving the character of the original living room. The handles were specially ordered to be enrobed in natural leather.
