Hello everyone, that time of year has come again to find a new flatmate.

This is a pet friendly, LGBTQ+ friendly, sunny place to stay during your Erasmus, close to all public transport and 15 minutes walk from Victoria Square or 20 minutes walk from Exarcheia or 30 minutes walk from Omonia square.

The apartment is fully accommodated with all the electric appliances one would need to have a comfortable stay as I live in the apartment too. I have experience with flatmates throughout my life as I was living in a boarding school during my teenage years and soon after I returned back to Greece I got my own place and had a flatmate frequently since then again.

The house is a 3 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 storage rooms, 1 WC, 1 bathroom, kitchen and a terrace 130 square meter apartment on the 4th floor in the area Kipseli.

Of course we will share the common areas, such as the other living room, the big terrace, the kitchen and the bathroom.

The area selected for you is the sunniest in the house and the most autonomous. You have access to the Kitchen, Bathroom, your living room/office and terrace all while avoiding the rest of the house if you wish to.

If you are a kind person, funny or like to party sometimes, this is the place for you as I am all of the above too. I like having people over (my friends or yours) always respecting your privacy and need to work in a silent environment. The need to party of course is not excluded and always welcomed if the appropriate preparation is met. This can be discussed further though according to the situation. I am an actor and I like playing music if the atmosphere calls for it, painting, reading and creating stuff in general.

We are looking for our next flatmate. We are in the center of Athens, close to all public transport and 15 minutes walk from Victoria Square or 20 minutes walk from Exarcheia or 30 minutes walk from Omonia square. 2 options are available in the house. 1 double bed bedroom option and 1 single bed bedroom option.

The apartment is fully accommodated with all the electric appliances one would need to have a comfortable stay, The house is a 3 bedroom, 2 living room, plenty of storage rooms, a WC, a bathroom, a kitchen and a terrace 130sq metres apartment on the 4th floor in the area of Kipseli.

The first option is to get your personal bedroom equipped with 2 single beds that can also be arranged as a double bed, your personal living room/office and the WC exclusively for you.

The other option is the single bed bedroom complete with an office and clothes cabinet, obviously this is the more affordable option in the house.

Of course we will share the rest of the common areas, such as the other living room, the big terrace, the kitchen and the bathroom. The area selected for you is the sunniest in the house and the most autonomous.

The house is a 3 bedroom, 2 living room, WC, bathroom, kitchen and a terrace apartment on the 4th floor in the area Kipseli.

You will have your personal bedroom equipped with 2 single bed that can be arranged as 2 single beds or a double bed, of course we could also remove one of the single beds to open more area in the bedroom for you. Furthermore you will also have your personal living room/office and the WC exclusively for you.
