I restore old unloved furniture and give it a new lease of life. I specialise in Vintage Shabby Chic giving items that trendy distressed farmhouse style in various colours and can add detail to give a piece that added interest making it more unique than some of the furniture often seen in shops today that are more often than not over priced. I mainly buy furniture and sell once complete * alhough some pieces I have liked so much I havent been able to part with them* or I undertake commissions where I work closely with the client understanding their requirements and sharing ideas. So grannies old wood furniture would normally go to the tip. Not if I have anything to do with it. Really would like to update the Childrens wood bedroom furniture, I can have a look for you. May even be cheaper than replacing! Cant be bad.. Unfortunately due to the style of restoration and methods used this is not ideal for baby or teething toddler furniture. Due to start hand making smaller pieces from scratch to give a really interesting bespoke service.. watch this space
