Air Source Heat Pump was the best option for this property in Faversham.
The property is around 20 years old but doesn’t have access to to the Gas network.
The current System to heat the property was Electric Direct Radiators.
The Hot water was heated by an electric immersion.
Changing to the Air Source Heat Pump will now be saving alot of £££££££££ customer also claimed the £7500.00 Grant

Taking advantage of the dry spell , we were tasked to get some below ground Heating pipework installed at the back end of a large project.
Always having the can do attitude was essential for this as at 1st glance it looked less than doable.
Thanks to the SPH Team getting this over the line !

Thats another one complete , last part of the puzzle was the plant room , all fitted out now and insulated.
The team have been out to Commission including , flushing , balancing , chlorination , temperature setting.
The property which is made up of collum radiators , fan assisted heaters and UFH by all@installed by .

2 Self Build Bungalows having there Under floor Heating pipework installed , which will be a low temperature system running from a 5 kw Mitsubishi Ecodan.
As these 2 property’s are privately owned they both Qualify for the Bus Grant £7500.00 x 2 !! and heating contractor

Pre insulated 40 flow and return Heating pipework installed below ground to serve the South Wing from Plant Room.
Heat will be created by Ground Source Heat Pump on this project.
