Stunning and rare modern classic by Simon Pengelly for HABITAT.
Selling this HABITAT RADIUS solid oak dining table, large bench and 2 carver dining chairs.

Launched in 2000 and no longer available, this range is known for its solid oak construction, chosen for its durability and timelessness, with rounded edges, and visibly beautiful bridle joints which is a nod to the traditional joining of timber for a millennia.
Crafted in Italy using the finest oak, it was designed to be “quiet,” understated, and capable of fitting into various home styles, from modern to traditional with it truly does without effort.

Dimensions:
▪️Seats up to 10 people.
▪️Table is 200cm long x 90cm high x 74 cm high, providing ample space for dining, serving bowls, and conversation.
▪️Bench is 180cm long x 37.5 wide x 45cm high/seat height and can comfortably fit up to 4 people.
▪️Chairs are 76cm at the back x 45cm high/seat height x 51.5cm wide and both have the original Habitat seat cushion which is very thick and a faux brown suede.

This set has served the family for over 20 years and still looks as good as the day it was brought, extremely comfortable, strong and virtually indestructible yet this set has decades left in it.
It’s been cleaned, fully sanded and is ready for whichever finish you wish.

I can finish them in any colour from the Frenchic range for £140 and £150 if you want the back shelving section to match.
The worktop and handles can be fished to whatever specifications you chose.

Strong pin legs with gold metal caps on the end, all legs unscrew.

Stunning Vintage sideboard
This beautiful yet small, mid century sideboard is stronger, sturdier and classier than most modern pieces.
It’s in fantastic condition and will no doubt last another 50+years.

Painted in Frenchic Wise Old Sage and given a tuff coat for protection, the paint has a lovely smooth finish.
This shade of paint is a soft, fresh green which is really quite neutral.

The solid top has been sanded and lightly waxed which has brought out the gorgeous detail in the wood.
All doors and drawers open smoothly.

An eye catching look in a vintage piece.

A cute, MCM style record cabinet, upcycled to give it a more modern feel.
This lovely teak veneer cabinet has been cleaned and given a fresh coat of Danish oil.
I’ve also removed the plinth and placed it on gold pin legs.
Inside it’s in 3 sections and perfect for that record collection.

Dimensions:
Height is 59.5cm,
Width is 75cm
Depth is 42cm

Please note this mid century piece does show a few signs of usage which you’d expect with something of this age but it’s beautiful, strong, sturdy and has decades of life left in it.
A very desirable piece, in lovely condition and would make a great addition to any vintage/mid-century inspired interior.

A very handsome Mid Century teak sideboard by UK manufacturer, Austinsuite.
Designed in the 1960s by Franck Guille.

A classic piece with that highly sort after Danish style.
6 decent size drawers offer plenty of storage and after years of being on the floor, I’ve given it some shiny new golden legs.
The teak has been stripped and given a slightly darker finish, then waxed for protection.

Measurements: Height 50cm x Width 165cm x Depth 42cm

This is a gorgeous piece of furniture with an incredible amount of stage space.
Yes that’s 4 pairs of adult size 10 shoes in that drawer!

It looks great as a sideboard or tv unit.
It’s strong enough to be a hall bench and would look great in an entrance or reception. It would even make a great piece at the end of a bed.

5 very deep drawers with new pull cup handles. All drawers run smooth.
It’s been sanded and painted in Frenchic Steaming green and the top has been waxed for protection.

Very heavy and has years of life left in it.
The length is 58” or 147cm
The depth is 22” or 56cm
The height is 20.5” or 52.5cm

A stunning steamer trunk upcycled into a unique coffee table.
This tan steamer trunk from the early to mid-1900s is an excellent example of a long-lasting piece of UK travel history.

It’s a sturdy piece with wooden banding, leather straps, leather corner protectors and metal fastening clips, all sitting on solid oak legs.
The whole thing has been cleaned and waxed for protection and it opens smooth and locks easily.
The trunk opens to reveal tons of storage space with a removable top tray...... perfect for hiding all-sorts!
Great as a coffee table, ottoman, blanket box, shoe storage, even as a pet bed.
Length 35.5”
Height 17”
Depth 20.5”

The outside is in great condition considering its age, the inside has a few marks and there’s obviously signs of use however this simply adds to the look.

I’m a mum, wife and full time worker who absolutely loves upcycling, revamping and repurposing retro and vintage furniture in my spare time.
