No pretty pictures or fancy sales copy, just a heartfelt message to announce that, for reasons beyond our control, we will no longer be producing our British made childrens furniture collections from the end of this month.

I appreciate this may come as a bit of a shock to many of you who have purchased from us over the years, often several times I'm proud to say. After launching our children's furniture business in 2012 little did we know back then that many of our designs would end up in such far reaching, exotic locations around the world, some of the most luxurious homes around the country, including the residency of the future King of England no less which is always a nice accolade for a small business.

But, during this time, who could have guessed that we would face a global pandemic, huge increases in material, labour and shipping costs and, more recently, a cost of living crisis. All of which have combined to make it almost impossible, sadly, to continue manufacturing here in the UK.

There will be a number of you I'm sure who had intended to make a purchase later this year or perhaps add to your child's already existing collection. For this reason, we will guarantee any orders placed between now and 30th APRIL however after this date they will no longer be available. I would like to personally thank each and every one of you who has supported us over the years and hope that we have brought some joy to you and your children in helping to furnish their bedrooms. Despite this sad announcement we will be continuing with the other side of our business www.lucywillow.co.uk and have lots of exciting new products coming soon to furnish your home with so please do revisit us from time to time.

We were delighted to be able to produce our Archie Fairweather Bed in a particular green colour for a customer to blend in with their son's fabulous dinosaur themed room.

During these warm nights 🥵 it can be very difficult for little ones to get to sleep. A fan, cold drink, etc are all very good but their favourite snuggle blankie or cuddly toy left in the fridge to go cold we think is a great idea! (Disclaimer: the one shown in the picture does get washed occasionally 😄)
