A little too early for the 2019 Tight Lines Cup, but Bryan Cooper is the latest Arizona Carp Angler to top the existing state carp record. His new PB 'War Machine' will feature in the group's set of digital Tight Lines game cards :) Well done Bryan!

Tight Lines would like to pay tribute to the talented John Wilson, who sadly passed away yesterday. He inspired many of us to take up coarse fishing. He was a compassionate angler, promoting 'catch and release' fishing and conservation. RIP John, you will be missed.

We are super excited to announce that filming has begun for the official Tight Lines board game promotional video. Special thanks goes out to Cliff Millege from Crowborough & District Anglers Association for their expertise and help, and of course to the beautiful Oast Farm Lake, located in the South East of England, who provided the venue and agreed to allow us to film there for the day. The tropical-like waters of Arizona's urban ponds hold some strange fish released by former pet owners. The South American Pacu has surprised anglers more than a few times. Looks like we'll have to add a couple of weird and wonderful species to the Phoenix and Tucson urban sets of fish cards.

A Tucson fisherman caught a fish with teeth like a human's, most likely dumped by an owner who could no longer care for the non-native critter.

Lady Bird Lake and Walter E. Long (Decker) Lake are two of the best carp and buffalo spots in the USA. We are delighted that Austin Carp Angler (ACA) will present sets of board game cards for both these amazing venues in our .
