Caracol Camping Caracol is a boutique glamping site, nestled amongst a wildflower meadow. Eight luxury and fully furnished bell tents available.

The site is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, with an inside kitchen, snug area for relaxing. Our site is located in a stunning Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in the High Weald area of Kent & Sussex. The area is an oasis of peace and calm with plenty of activities and places to explore right on the doorstep. We have 8 fully furnished bell tents available, fully ca

rpeted with a double bed and fresh linen. The tents are perfect for a couple and can accommodate children, but we ask that you bring bedding for their stay. Each tent comes with a BBQ, firepit, gas stove and cooking utensils, so you really just need to bring yourselves, towels and a cool box for your drinks and snacks. There are a number of communal areas for you to enjoy during your stay and, of course, the amazing view. We have timber clad toilet and shower facilities, with 2 showers and toilets for both male and female guests. Situated just outside the historic spa town of Tunbridge Wells, we have easy road and rail links to the Kent, Surrey, Sussex and Essex counties and a short train ride to central London. We are partnered with the incredible team at Groombridge Farm Shop, and you are able to order locally sourced food and meal hampers to enjoy during your stay. The farm shop has a variety of choices, all from trusted local suppliers to ensure that our guests enjoy only the best quality produce. Just bring yourselves and enjoy the stunning skies and nature that we are proud to offer.

The sunshine made a special appearance too, which we were so grateful for!

✨ May Adventures at Caracol ✨

We’ve certainly started the season with a bang, here’s a round-up of what’s been happening at Caracol during the month of May:

🚴‍♀️ The pleasure of having a return guest from last year, this exclusive use group came adorned with many mountain bikes to take advantage of the many cycle trails in the area particularly the Bulltrack Bike Park in Crowborough.

🌈 Next up was a new group of lovely ladies and the first ever Camp Out for LGBTQ+ Out & Wild Festival

🎉 We’ve also squeezed in three 40th birthday groups, a midweek wedding and great community event for our Groombridge local village residents.

💚 A couple of up cycling projects, some pop up tents and many meetings to discuss new happenings…

🌻 Lastly a beautiful networking group with Fresh Air Thinking taking advantage of the stunning bluebells

We’re so excited to see what the rest of the summer has in store for us, watch this space…

We are fully booked at weekends but have lots of midweek availability for individual tents, so do get in touch if you’d like to book a stay with us.
