Citroen Berlingo RTC from a few days ago.

Used a skid under the tyre, leverage bar and l**e spray with the winch to load it onto the CRT 💪

Collected this Citroen Berlingo in the centre of Bath and took 1 mile around the corner to the owner's home after it was involved in an RTC (Road Traffic Collisions) being struck on the OSF (Off Side Front) by an uninsured driver.

Caused the track rod to snap and the wheel hub and knuckle to buckle.

Therefore I had to manually adjust the angle of the wheel with a skid under the tyre, delicate winching and a leverage bar.

I managed to drag the Berlingo onto my trailer and then proceeded to take it home for the owner 🤓

Collected this Nissan Micra from BCA Bristol a few days ago for it's new owner to enjoy in Slough.

Looked like a pretty tidy motor in all fairness.

I was asked by another recovery company to carry out the transportation of this one as he was unable to do it for his customer as he was out of the country, ultimately providing some networking connections for further Recoveries down the line, worth the drive not only to make someone happy but to make a new contact myself 💪

Back out to this Sinnis Terrain 125cc Motorbike in Bath this morning as the owner found a garage at Portbury Docks in Bristol (FixIt Motorcycles) to repair his newly purchased commuter.

Hopefully it'll get sorted soon for him!

If not I'll likely be going back to collect it from the garage and take it back to Bath so the owner can find an alternative 🫣

What a satisfying headache this one was! 🥵

BMW 5 series on with BMW X5 Tigerclaw alloys bolted to it 😬. Making loading very very difficult due to the extended width of the axle, concaved wheels over stepping the vehicle body. (Don't get me wrong, looks the business 😍)

Not to mention, RWD (Rear Wheel Drive) plus automatic gearbox! Coupled with a flat battery and a dead engine makes for a difficult recovery on top of a scorcher of a day 🥵

Never the less, closed the slip just off the A303 (even tho I gave enough room for turning around and there was an alternative route, some overly entitled motorists decided to take it upon themselves to not only purposely run my cones over as they made the UTurn - You know who you are if you see this! Di****ad! Truck and trailer man!! But another in an obnoxious sports kit car, mounted the curb and tried to force himself past a road closure as it was an inconvenience to him, but he felt he was better than everyone else and didn't have to wait or turn around) I digress 😂, rant over!

I managed to use skids, multi l**e spray and brut force to direct the stricken BMW onto my trailer, strapped it up and reopened the road, once at the drop in Exeter it was so tight to get the BMW off, to prevent damage to the alloys, I used a trolly jack to totally lift the rear end of the BMW then drive my trolly out front underneath.

A labour of love ☺️

Went out to this Peugeot 2008 this morning at 7am in Bristol.

Clutch CSC (Concentric Slave Cylinder) failed causing a very very high pitch squeeling noise, so to prevent waking up the neighbourhood I winched it from its parking space down towards Logi, loaded it up and transported it to Gloucester Road Gearboxes for repairs 😎

Attended this Volkswagen Jetta over the weekend after it broke down the night before at 2300hrs, RAC attended the breakdown originally, however as the customer only had 10 miles of cover on their policy and RAC wanted to charge £4 per mile for every mile there after.

The customer opted to be towed into a safe location 10 miles closer to home then arrange outside help in the form of myself where I took him on to home in Turo from Plymouth.

Collected this Vauxhall Astra from Halfords Plymouth and transported it to JMA in Plymouth after they couldn't diagnose an overheating issue that baffled them.

So taken to a Vauxhall specialist to see what they could do.

Halfords mentioned they changed the DPF temp sensor due to failed regenerations building soot in the filter, potentially causing back pressure into the cooling system.

Myself personally think it's a cracked cylinder, I guess I'll never know 😂

Transported this broken down Renault Traffic converted camper from Taunton Dean (Northbound) Services a few days ago after its timing chain failed.

Recovered it back to Gloucestershire with its owners and their doggo after they were on their travels down to Cornwall.

TLC safety towed them into the services from the southbound carriageway just before wellington junction before offloading them due to roadworks undergoing, then I collected them and took them home to swap vehicle and attempt to continue their travels the following morning 🤞
