Exciting news!

A while ago we were lucky enough to be approached to help with this amazing project!

Series 3 of George Clarke show Remarkable Renovations starts on Monday 26th of February and episode 1 is the lovely Dawn. She bought the village shop in Thorner and has ambitious plans to turn it into a home for her and her two sons.

We were asked to make the soft furnishings for this project and can’t wait to see the finished article!

If you want to watch it’s on Channel 4 at 8pm this Monday 26th Feb!!

New wallpaper collection from The Little Greene Paint Company!

National Trust Papers IV features eight historic wallpaper designs that have been adapted and recoloured across 42 colourways for use within the modern home. Each design has been created for original patterns found at several of the National Trust’s historic houses, with the addition of one design that has been recoloured and revived from the Little Greene archive.

This versatile and eclectic collection comprises an array of exotic birds, stylised florals and scrolling trails alongside ditsy print florals and large-scale tropical murals.

On Monday we gave 12 gorgeous bags to St Leonard's Hospice for them to sensitively return belongings to bereaved relatives.
These bags are provided in kit form at our drop-in sessions for our volunteers to make at home. Most of the fabric is donated by Vanilla Interiors and is surplus to their requirements but of beautiful quality.
We also supply St. Gemmas Hospice with these bags and could use the help of more volunteers to make them. If you are interested in supporting us please have a look at our website to see how you can help
