NEW BUILD

We’re up to roof level on this timber frame build, ply is going on next, with standing seam roof to finish.

Hard to capture the full structure in one shot, so here’s a few from along the way.

25 lengths of steel

Full House Renovation

We’ve recently completed a full house renovation, including major structural, thermal, and internal upgrades.

Three rooms were opened up into an open plan space with structural steelwork, including steels for new bi-fold doors. Between the knock throughs, we removed over 60 tonnes of hardcore from this property, with walls up to 500mm thick😲

The ground floor was fully dug out, insulated, fitted with underfloor heating, and a new screeded floor. The house was plastered throughout and finished with second fix carpentry, a new staircase, ground floor tiling, and a new kitchen.

Super proud of the team for getting this project over the line! 👏

GARAGE/WORKSHOP

Earlier this year, we completed this little project, taking down a tired old garage and transforming it into a brand new garage/office space. Before any machines touched the ground, we had to navigate the planning process and with this being an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, every detail of the design had to be carefully considered.

Our goal was to keep the character of the original building, so we reused the existing Gower stone and blended it with clean, modern cedar cladding. The mix of old and new worked even better than we imagined.

Same angle. Completely different.

This one has just popped up in the memories, a job we completed a few years back where the design and build came together just right.

We knocked through into the new extension and added an opening for the bifolds. We designed to blend in like it’s always been part of this old cottage.

We even added fake beams to keep it in character and match the original style 👌

Smart design makes all the difference, it gives you proper use of your space, loads more light, and adds value to your home.

EXTENSION KNOCK THROUGH!!

A few months back we completed this open plan kitchen extension.

We built a 4m x 8m extension and knocked through the existing external wall, installing steel beams to open up the space.⁠
⁠
We fitted 4M Bifold doors to flood the room with natural light, along with new internal doors, skirtings, and architraves throughout the home.⁠
⁠A brand new kitchen supplied by .swansea was installed and stunning herringbone LVT flooring laid.
⁠

Another kitchen knock-through wrapped up!
This one took us just 2 months from start to finish, delivered on time and looking sharp.

We opened up the space to bring in more light, flow, and functionality, and the difference is amazing!

All structural work, finishing touches, and everything in between handled by our team.

A few months ago, we had the pleasure of completing this stunning kitchen transformation!

We knocked down an internal wall to create a spacious, open-plan layout, perfect for modern living.

The rear wall was removed to install bifold doors, bringing in plenty of natural light and seamlessly connecting the kitchen to the garden.
