Huge shoutout to Matt 👏☕️

Matt is one of our trainees currently in paid employment, working in store at Interestingly Different and has recently been gaining even more experience with our team at our caf@beansandbloomuk

Over 16 weeks, Matt completed our Beans and Bloom Hospitality Training Programme — learning all about working in a busy café environment, from customer service and teamwork to food prep and day-to-day hospitality skills.

It’s been brilliant seeing Matt grow in confidence, build new skills and continue taking positive steps forward 💚

This month our trainees are taking a little trip to Africa for inspiration for our next collection… 🦒

Our trainees have been busy sketching animals, creating prints and experimenting with ideas that will soon be turned into some seriously cool new designs!

Charlie is one of our trainees in paid employment, and watching her progress has been truly inspiring. Over the years, she has built confidence, gained valuable employability skills, and taken important steps toward independence.

Her recent move out of her family home and into supported living marks a huge milestone — achieved through dedication, perseverance, and hard work.

We are so proud to be part of her journey!
