We had this absolutely stunning Clubsport in with us today for a quick little job and what a car it is.

This is a seriously well put together build, modified to perfection with real attention to detail throughout. From the stance to the sound, everything about it just works. It’s clear a lot of time, effort and passion has gone into getting this car exactly where it needs to be.

Even though it was only a small job for us today, it’s always a pleasure working on cars of this calibre. Properly built, properly maintained, and driven the way they’re meant to be (within the Highway Code).

We appreciate every customer who trusts us with their pride and joy, especially when it’s something as special as this. 👌

A simple yet highly effective job completed today on this K20-swapped EK4 Turbo — a true beast of a build.

We were asked to remove a section of the manifold and fabricate a welded cover plate, allowing the manifold to be fully wrapped. This not only improves heat management but also gives the engine bay a much cleaner, more refined finish.

Here we have a BMW 220d, this customer come to us asking for a back box delete, res delete, new flexy and a dpf delete.

In this build it really shows our attention to detail, we made sure to cut the dpf in a place where you can’t see it through looking in the engine bay , whilst also adding in a v band at the bottom of the flexi for easy dismantling, and making sure to get a perfect fitment where the exhaust tips sit.

Overall our customer was really happy with the finished product and is happy to recommend us to others !

This bit of farm equipment come to me to be adapted to be used as a bail spike. To do this we drilled out some big holes for these bosses to be welded in, to make sure we had strength we evened out the width each side so we could get a nice fillet weld round the boss, we also over sized the holes by 1mm so we could get a nice route pass to make sure they where nice and strong !

Today we had a little diognostics job, one of my good friends come to us wondering why one of his exhaust tips had no fuel residue on the internal compared to the other tips, after a bit of digging we found out that it wasn’t producing any out going flow, this exhaust tip has a valve which should open up in sports mode but it didn’t, after we dropped the exhaust down we found that the valve sensor was not plugged in, this was due to one pin being snapped off in the plug, now a plug is on order ready to be wired in and fited, which should producer a louder sound !
