Fresh, clean, classic. What more could you want? This historic home did not have a primary bathroom so we were tasked with adding one. We had to lose a bedroom but I would say worth it. Some of my favorite details include: custom vanities + radiator cover, custom crown designed to tie back to the original part of the home, and double exposed brass pipe shower fixtures. What’s your favorite detail?

When we first saw this space we fell in love with the original brick and reclaimed terracotta floor tiles that lived here before our clients.

From there, we maximized storage while preserving the charm—layering in materials that will continue to tell the story over time. This is a kitchen that invites you to stay awhile.

With each layer we bring into this space the more in love with it we fall. You can see in these photos we’re still playing, moving, and editing the space. Next up adding another of the large black table lamp, sourcing art, and coffee tables. It takes so much time and patience to pull together a room like this. We source custom pieces, vintage, antique and everything in between to help it feel collected and layered. Will share more soon and much better photos than my iPhone, but for now I hope you enjoy our progress 🤍 last photo was before
