Haven’t posted much about the other mahogany bowls I carved, I was too excited by the ears that I forgot to show off the abstract ones. I made two abstract dishes and this is the more organic of them, this took a lot of refining to get the shape and composition of form I wanted but I think I achieved my goal of making it look reminiscent of a rock formation
Styled as a ring dish but would work great for a set of keys or some trinkets
