Another big job completed at Elite Autos 🔧

This 2013 Alfa Romeo Giulietta came into the workshop with clutch and flywheel issues causing poor driveability and unwanted noises. After inspection, we carried out a full clutch and flywheel replacement to get the car back driving smoothly again. ✅

✔️ New clutch fitted
✔️ New dual mass flywheel fitted
✔️ Gearbox removed and refitted
✔️ Road tested and driving perfectly again

* Battery voltage low with engine running

* Replaced faulty alternator with a new unit
* Checked and tested battery condition

After inspection, we diagnosed a worn front wheel bearing causing the issue.

✅ Supplied and fitted new front wheel bearing
✅ All components torqued to manufacturer spec
✅ Road tested to confirm the noise has completely gone

After inspection, we found the EVAP pipe had cracked, which can lead to fuel vapour leaks, engine management lights, and poor running.

✅ Fault diagnosed
✅ Damaged EVAP pipe replaced
✅ System checked and confirmed leak-free

Another van back to driving spot on at Elite Autos 🔧🚐

This lovely VW Caddy came in with some horrible knocking noises from the front end. After a full inspection, we traced the issue and carried out the necessary repairs by replacing the front bottom arms and drop links.

Now all sorted and driving nice and quiet again ✅
