We are 3 weeks in to this exciting joint venture, almost 400 apartments with 3 phases of construction work planned around this grade 2 listed building, previously Hallmark cards headquarters. A busy schedule ahead

These lights must have been installed around 2011 given the date embossed on the cable. That’s 10 years to turn the cable like this due to the cheap non-fire rated fittings and old halogen lamps used. That’s some serious heat 🔥 Habitable bedrooms above too, so not a good combination! fittings used to replace them all ✅

Out with the old and in with the new.

Central pendant and bar light fittings removed which didn’t evenly light this large kitchen dining area. 16 down lights were installed and the few holes that were made are patched ready to decorate. A massive thank you to for the helping hand.
