This rental had a major leak which left the subfloor beyond repair — so it was a full strip-out and rebuild to get it back to a solid rental standard.

🔨 Work carried out:

• Removed old laminate
• Cut out and replaced rotten subfloor
• Strengthened and repaired joists
• Installed new subfloor & laminate flooring
• Full redecoration throughout
• Supplied & fitted 2 new carpets

Now looking fresh, solid, and ready for new tenants ✅

We’ve removed the old posts, reinstated the tarmac surface, and installed two new removable bollards further forward.

This prevents cars from blocking the dropped kerbs, making the area safer and easier to use for prams, scooters, and mobility access.

First joiner never came back.�Second one turned the door into a block of Swiss cheese… 🧀🙈

JRW to the rescue.

After being repeatedly let down, a repeat customer got in touch to see if we could swing this door correctly. The previous joiner claimed the handles couldn’t be fitted to this door (despite the same handles being fitted upstairs 🤔) and also managed to fit the latch in a couple of different places…

We headed out to beautiful Holymoorside this morning and put it right before clocking off for the bank holiday. Door hung properly, handles fitted, job done ✅
