Planning permissions,
In Simple terms
Planning permission is not required to build an Annex or Mobile home, within the confines of your garden, provided it is used for the sole benefit of a family member, provided it is serviced from the main house.
We would always recommend consultation with your local planning department, prior to investing in building your annex or Home.
