I’m pleased to announce that Prologic Systems Ltd is now part of Prologic Group Ltd

Prologic Systems Ltd continues to grow but I felt it was time to move the business to the next level.

By Prologic Systems Ltd being acquired by Prologic Group, not only will we grow as a company, the group will be aquiring other fire and security business’s to enhance the services offered by Prologic Systems Ltd and Prologic Group

I am joined in both companies by, Steven Bird and Barry Roberts who are both co directors.

During such unprecedented turn of events during 2020 and into 2021 , these are very exciting times for those employed by Prologic Systems.

2021...Another New Year ahead

After a year that none of us will forget, 2020 has delivered unprecedented challenges that we all had to deal with.

With the Covid virus still taking front of stage as we enter 2021, it goes without saying that health comes first. I personally know so many people with the virus or who has had the virus and the numbers are rising daily

With the vaccine being rolled out there is hopefully light at the end of tunnel, in the meantime we must all observe the social distancing rules and try our best to manage our businesses to make sure we deliver projects on time to all of our clients, whilst still protecting our employees health and in turn protecting our clients health

I wish all of you reading this the very best of health and hoping that the challenges faced do not affect your position within a business or if you are the owners, the business itself

Prologic Systems have a full order book for the coming year and into 2022.

Admin Support Role

Office Administrator to join our team on a NEW permanent, progressive basis.

The role and responsibilities will consist of:

Based and working from our office in Orsett, Essex.
First Response. Answering, fielding, and redirecting calls and emails
Sorting out and distributing post
Compiling of In House Documents - Scanning and filing
Creating and the up keep of Spreadsheets and various Data Input
Stationary Ordering and Stock take
Checking incoming Deliveries and Chasing up Orders

In addition:

Helping other members of the administrative team as and when required

Required skills:

GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English
Computer literate
Excellent English, both written and spoken
General office and administration duties relevant to the position – Training will be provided

The ideal candidate will have the following attributes;

Friendly, with good communication skills
Discretion when dealing with confidential information
Self-motivated with organisational skills

5 days a week 8 hours a day

Our install team worked fantastically well over the weekend to make sure these speed gates were installed and commissioned ready for the handover to our client, Red Bull, at 8am this morning.

These speed gates were installed for managing employees and visitors who enter/leave the building.

The speed gates are integrated with the track and trace software in the access control system. Red Bull are doing all they can to control their employees and visitors exposure to Covid-19 during this pandemic
