🚨 Important Warning About Cash on Delivery Scams 🚨

Dear customers,

We’ve recently been contacted by several people who fell victim to dangerous new cash on delivery (COD) scams.

These scammers are asking for £399 or a cheap amount with *free delivery* making it attractive to sofa shoppers.

The scammers then demand the cash before the customer can unwrap the product, the delivery guys have reportedly been very aggressive and once the sofa is opened and supplier has fled customers discover low-quality, fabric wrapped cardboard boxes described as a plush Ushape or completely unrelated items.

⚠️ Even more concerning: these scam products have no fire safety certification and do not meet legal safety standards. Using them could put you, your family, and your home at risk. ‼️

Sadly, many of these victims have then had to re-order from us — a registered company with a showroom customers can view before they buy.

👉 How to protect yourself:
• Always double-check that the sender is a trusted, registered business.

• Be cautious of overly cheap offers or sellers without clear business details.

• When in doubt, ask to view the sofa in person or ask for their website to place the order through.
