⭐️Testing out brushes!⭐️
I’ve been trying some out brushes this week. The 2” and the square brush.
⭐️First - the 2” brush. I got this as a freebie to review after I applied to a request for testers on their Instagram. I’ve since completed their survey but thought I’d share here too. Unfortunately they sent me a brush I would never normally use due to its size but I had a go and I liked how narrow the depth of bristles were, making the brush easier to manoeuvre although the bristles are quite stiff which caused a bit of paint flick-age. 😄 it cleaned really well and the bristles didn’t retain the paint colour like some brushes do, which is reassuring. I liked it, but I didn’t love it. Probably because it wasn’t what I needed. 🤷♀️
⭐️Second - the square brush. I love love loved this brush. It wasn’t free, I bought this one to see what all the fuss was about. I’m glad I did. My usual method is to use a roller and a detail brush for delicate areas, this brush was perfect for that! It got easily into corners and was amazing for cutting in, loved it! Didn’t clean too well though and my bristles are now blue 🤷♀️ The handle is comfy and it was great on spindles, handling curves really well.
In short - eco brush is difficult to review because it wasn’t fit for what I needed it for but what I saw I liked. The Zibra brush is made for furniture and was brilliant, I highly recommend you get one of these. It’s even better than the Staalmeester brush! And less expensive! Absolutely invest! I got mine from - link in my bio.
Have you tried either of these? Tell me what you thought of them? ❤️
