So ....decided my next Aquarium will be for the new home of Space4autism...time to look out for an unloved Welsh dresser ripe for conversion..if anyone out there knows of one free or cheap..but must be solid oak -not veneer

As the Autumn evenings draw in I'm contemplating creating another speculative Aquarium and solid oak cabinet ie non comissioned ...4ft long 240 litres is my favourite size -anyone out there interested!

These stunning one off aquariums made from Vintage or antique solid oak welsh dressers cost from just £400 upwards depending on size, the price to be clear is for the Cabinet AND Aquarium all custom made and include a glass lid for the aquarium and matching oak over lid, a collar round the base of the tank and extra legs or support for larger aquaria -just message me and tell me what size you have in mind-Rick

I have today acquired a new dresser and this one will be transformed into a Vivarium for a Bearded Dragon.

These solid oak stands are stripped back and sanded and then can be finished either with Danish Oil for a contemporary Matt light finish -or French polished for traditionalists. The lids are made using the top section of the Dresser and are hinged for easy feeding etc
