We are urgently trying to find the owners of a adult male cat. He is castrated but not microchipped. He is wearing a distinguishing blue polkadot bow tie pictured. He was found in Pill & is at our Portishead hospital receiving emergency care.

He looks to have recently had a blood test, possibly in the last month.
