Kitchen all finished off for Christmas down at Ty Bryn. Handmade oak kitchen designed and made in house. Art deco/arts and craft inspired kitchen to match in with the character of the building. Some progress photos of Ty Bryn now we’re nearly coming to the end. A few more joinery bits to be made and to be finished off. Handmade art deco inspired oak kitchen and staircase, produced in the workshop. Been a very interesting project this one! Making hay whilst the sun shines onsite recently! Some great granite work completed by Mark from Atlantic Stone Masonry. Also Dave from Penzance Paving getting through the crazy paving down at Ty Bryn to match the original paths and patios.

Still busy at our renovation in St.Ives... lots of digging out for new summer houses, fitting Delabole slate window sills, installing steels and landscaping. Inside is boarded ready for . Please feel free to call about any renovation works you may have coming up.

Floors are back in at Ty Bryn. Original floors dug out, footings in and dwarf wall laid for joists. It’s been an interesting job setting out the levels and the fact the newer part of the building is practically on bed rock didn’t give us much room. All new gas, sewage and air bricks all sorted before laying new joists and insulating. Underfloor heating arriving first week of jan. Will be good to get a deck down
