🆕 Appointment Text Reminders 📱

We’re pleased to let you know that we will soon be introducing an SMS text reminder service for appointments.

If we have your mobile number recorded on your record, you may receive a text message reminding you about an upcoming appointment. This service is intended to help patients remember their appointments and reduce missed appointments. There will also be the option to text us directly to cancel any appointment you can no longer attend.

Please make sure we have your current mobile number. If your details have changed, please let reception know.

If you do not wish to receive appointment reminder texts, please let us know.

Why is your GP practice closed this afternoon?

PRACTICE CLOSURE NOTICE

Our practice will be closed from 1pm on Wednesday 3rd June for a Protected Learning Time session. We will re-open again at 8am on Thursday 4th June.

We encourage you to plan ahead similar to public holiday closures to ensure you have all medications you require during this period.
