These were made for The Great Estate Festival using a bag of completely random fabrics and just seeing what happened.
Definitely not everyone's taste, but festivals are the perfect excuse to go a bit wild with colour, frills and trim.
You'll spot them hanging in the woods and in Granny's Wardrobe

A big delivery day over here 😍✨

Lots of beautiful fabrics have arrived for upcoming upholstery projects, and I can’t wait to start transforming some lovely pieces.

This one!
I loved listening to my client explain that this had been transported all the way from France to Cornwall to be loved in their home.
This little French sofa has been completely renovated and brought back to life ✨

The restoration started with a full structural check and careful repairs to the original wooden frame, preserving its elegant curves and historic integrity. The sofa was then reupholstered from scratch, using traditional upholstery.

The fabric was chosen by my client—a bold, botanical design that brings a fresh, contemporary energy to contrast beautifully with the light, distressed wood—giving the piece a fresh, contemporary spirit without losing its French soul. Every detail, from the upholstery to the finishing touches, was a labour of love and handled with patience and care.

This project is about recovery rather than replacement: honouring the past while making the sofa ready for many more years of life, comfort, and admiration 🌿

A stunning Danish vintage sofa daybed.

This Sofa has been recently re-upholstered with luxurious comfy harlequin Boucle Fabric. This fabric is not only cosy but has the practical values of being Strain resistant and FR treated.

The frame has been restored but does show a few signs of wear and not completely perfect but is solid.

Hello 2026!
First chair of the year. This is quickly turning into my favourite shape!

These two 1940-50's chairs have quite a story..
Chewed wood, torn fabric and a little too much love from family dogs had them on the brink of being thrown away.
Instead, my wonderful clients chose restoration over replacement - and I am so grateful they trusted me to bring these beauties back to life.
Thank you for seeing the potential and keeping craftsmanship alive ♻️🫶🏻
