One we’ve nearly completed.
Rear extension to replace the old worn out conservatory.
Remove old concrete slab and footings.
New footings and concrete base.
New cavity wall shell with a cut roof.
Knocked through to the existing kitchen to allow open plan living.
Nice set of bifold doors and large window, with 2 skylights.

Haven’t posted much lately as we’ve been super busy
This weeks been especially challenging with the heat and the gravity of the work to get through
Monday morning was rip the old roof structure off.
Friday afternoon was felt and batten the new roof in.
Between that was
New floor steel
New floor joists and deck
New dormer constructed
New flat roof joists installed
New ridge steel plated and fitted
New rafters to pitch roof
