Handover day ✌🏻

We had two very happy customers this morning ❤️

This one was 100% bespoke & we ticked all the boxes…

Brief was as follows…

MWB van ✅
We need to sleep 4 ✅
A 6 foot sliding bed ✅
Fridge we can access when the lower bed is out ✅
Hiding space for two children 😆✅✅
Solar panel (320 Watt with Victron MPPT)✅
Leisure battery (Eco Worthy 280ah)✅
DC-DC charging system (Victron)
Washing up bowl that we can remove ✅
Swivel base to passenger seat ✅
Double gas hob with gas box ✅
Bespoke kitchen ✅
Outside light ✅
Fiamma wind out awning ✅

Busy start to the week giving this VW T5.1 a little freshen up & making it suit the owners needs 🙌🏻

Removal of existing rear seats & flooring 🛠️

Installation of new flooring & installation of .co.uk U shape bed system.

This has totally transformed the van & given it so much storage space, including a great size bed!

What a lovely little van we were lucky enough to have at RAW HQ today 🙏🏼

Every person that passed our door called in for a quick look ✌🏻.

Just a few modifications to undertake today. We installed this great retractable dog gate from 🐶🙌🏻 what a fantastic product this is, really neat & tidy.

We also undertook some investigation work to find a small leak that we will be fixing in the next few weeks.

We also installed a Thetford porta potty into an existing storage box to stop it sliding around in the back of the van.

I do love my job 🙏🏼💥🙌🏻

We’ve been quiet on all social media this year…..

We haven’t come up for air yet since being back after Christmas 🙌🏻

This one was a part conversion for a customer that will be renting the van out in the near future ✌🏻

Finishing touches will be completed by the customer but came to us to help with a few items…carpet lining, flooring, under slung gas tank, water tanks, leisure battery system, 230V hook up, installation of furniture & stunning oak panel ceiling with LED lighting 🙌🏻

We don’t just undertake full conversions, if you need a little help with some items on your self builds then don’t hesitate to give us a shout!

Big news from RAW HQ. We’ve moved into our very own unit. Same estate. New chapter.

It’s just around the corner from our old place, but a big step forward for us as a small business. Thanks to everyone who’s supported us so far. We’re ending 2025 on a high and getting ready for an even busier 2026.

After what was a rough time for The Participation Works NW when their amazing Youth & Community van was vandalised, I am so glad to see this brilliant resource back out on the road.

🤩 Great news! Our Youth & Community Van is back in action 🙌 from tomorrow night we'll be parked up by Padiham Leisure Centre from 6:15pm ⏰
8 weeks since it was broken into, burgled and vandalised, we are so pleased to announce that our beloved van is back on the road 🚐 a huge THANK YOU to each and every person & partner who has donated generously for this to happen - we wouldn't be here without your support 🫶 thanks to Ryan at RAW Camper Conversions for working hard on version 2.0 of the van to make sure it's super secure for the future

This weeks job went out of the door a few days earlier than expected 🙌🏻

Another happy customer on collection day 💥

What a difference it’s made to the van, now boasting a lovely bespoke kitchen & 3/4 M1 crash tested rock & roll bed including bespoke upholster & front seats to match, we utilised the existing 230 volt & 12 volt system that was already installed & modified it to suit the new layout 🤙🏻

We seem to be doing a few of these revamps recently, if this is something you are considering then please give us a shout & we would be more than happy to assist you in building a bespoke conversion that gives your van a new lease of life 💥
