We specialise in creative modular builds, designed to any style and specification, with a superior build quality using composite panels. You can see many of our builds around the shores of the UK: we design and build Lifeguard Units for the RNLI – we have completed more than 100 builds for them, so we have a proven track record with a high-profile customer demanding the most exacting standards. have a highly-skilled team passionate about creating bespoke commercial spaces. From design and planning, to construction drawings, interior/exterior design and manufacture, we offer a complete project solution. We’ve even developed our own composite panel technology, which we’ve been pioneering for over 25 years. Similar to SIPs (Structural Insulated Panel) – a leap forward from timber frame construction, and becoming very popular in the UK – but with unrivalled qualities, it’s unique to us, and it’s how we create our buildings. Our buildings are structurally self-supporting, too. This means you can pick-up and relocate your new commercial space, should you ever want or need to, and planning permission or foundations are not normally required. These clever features give you greater flexibility and peace of mind, which you won’t find anywhere else. We complete our builds under factory conditions and then deliver them ready to use. This ensures great build quality, and minimal on-site build/installation time. We design and build to meet your requirements, inside and out. We offer a wide range of interior and exterior finishes, and can advise on, supply, and fit any extras you desire. The units were delivered on a lorry early on Tuesday, May 12, and craned into their respective sites shortly afterwards...

The first batch of 6 large stunning new 100% composite beach huts for East Riding of Yorkshire Council. These super new huts include 100mm insulation, built in Storm Doors, Port Hole, custom cupboards, shingle effect roofs, and require zero maintenance thanks to their wood free construction. We cant wait to see them beach side!

We recently completed this Deer Carcass trailer for the new DEFRA Farming Equipment and Technology Fund (FETF) 2026 for our fantastic customer MC Kelly. The Defra-launched £50 million scheme is designed to support investment in productivity-boosting equipment and technology for farmers in England. This trailer is to be used to transport and store Venison and will promote this as a readily available and highly nutritious food source. The trailer included full hanging meat hooks, an electric winch , refrigeration unit and load loc rails each side 👌
