Building Spotlight: Four New Bailey💡

As part of our look at the buildings that make up New Bailey, this week we’re taking a closer look at Four New Bailey.

Standing at 10 storeys, Four New Bailey provides 175,000 sq ft of Grade A office space and is home to BT.

Designed by renowned architects , the building’s distinctive exposed lattice frame takes inspiration from the bridges spanning the River Irwell.

The building also features communal spaces designed with colleague wellbeing in mind, including a rooftop terrace offering panoramic views across the city.

Located at the heart of New Bailey, Four New Bailey combines high-quality workspace with easy access to the estate’s amenities, green spaces and excellent transport connections.

Last week, we welcomed award-winning artist to New Bailey for a sold-out Urban Sketching Workshop!✏️

Our occupiers had the chance to explore the estate from a different perspective, learning new sketching techniques while capturing the architecture and surroundings across New Bailey and Salford.

A big thank you to Len and everyone who joined us and made the afternoon such a success!

This month we welcomed back to Carriage Shed for another fantastic vintage market!☀️

Visitors browsed a selection of 1940-1970’s home decor and furniture, enjoying a sunny afternoon of street food and shopping.
