A recent installation of a Supalite tiled replacement conservatory roof and SMART aluminium bi-fold doors.
The old glass roof was removed down to the brickwork and a new aluminium ringbeam was installed. We then completely re-built using the lightweight Supalite system which meets current building regulations and is the most thermally efficient replacement roof on the market. Internally, the new ceiling is plastered ready for decoration.

The customer wanted to replicate the decorative glass they had chosen for the door in the corner bay as well. We were able to carry out this request and re-created the lead design on a slightly larger scale to the window.

Our French Doors can be configured to open inwards or outwards and in combination with fixed lights. Low threshold options are also available.

An installation of a manually opening domed rooflight to a property in Burnham on Crouch. The customer had recently purchased the property and there was already a 'roof light' installed but it was leaking significantly. When we investigated, this existing rooflight was infact just a standard uPVC casement window which had been crudely fitted flat upon the upstand kerbs with a conventional hinge opener (see photo's). A casement window is not meant for this type of application, hence the reason it was leaking.
These small domed roof lights are ideal for installions where light and vetillation are required but there are no provision for a window. They have a triple skin and achieve a centre pane U-value of 1.8 W/m²K with options to reduce Ud-value to as low as 0.95W/m²K.

All windows are fitted with dog bolts and high security locks for enhanced safeguarding against break-ins .
In line with the Approved Document F legislation, which came into effect in June 2022, all windows and doors are fitted with trickle vents to meet FENSA requirements.

A recent whole property installation of windows, sliding patio door, back door and front porch set to a rental property in Burnham on Crouch.
The landlord chose to use a sculptured profile in white uPVC.
All windows and doors are fitted with dog bolts and high security locks for enhanced safeguarding against break-ins .

A recently installed front door set and cloakroom window to a property in Fambridge.
For the cloakroom window, door frame and sidelights we used Agate grey to match the rest of the windows we previously supplied and installed back in October 2022. However, to add a contrast, the customer chose to have the front door in Sage.
The glass in all the frames is Satin obscure to add privacy and all frames are white internally.
