Scientists should study the ELITE-level focus of working mums achive in the Christmas run-up. It's a masterclass in organising, logistics and patience.

If you're in the thick of it, you know this isn't just busyness—it's a whole different state of being. And if you want to see a woman on the edge, simply throw a child's birthday in the mix too.

Right now, wokring Mums are:
🎁 Acting as Chief Gift Officer for the whole family (and likely the in-laws too!).
🥂 Navigating a diary packed with "quick" Christmas catch-ups with everyone they have ever met!
🎄 Helping out at school fairs & discos, attending work parties, and family gatherings.
🧝‍♂️ And, of course, orchestrating the nightly Elf on the Shelf mission, whilst drinking ten times more than normal!

So, if you are feeling part super-efficient, part overwhelmed and one part resentfull of your partner. Hurrah, you’re in that special Christmas focus zone!

Here's to you—may your coffee be strong, your to-do list get shorter, and your online orders arrive on time! You're doing an incredible job.

It’s all about that balance. ⚖️

Very grateful for this feedback from a mum who came to me feeling overwhelmed by her son's ND meltdowns.

My goal is always to blend understanding with actionable steps—because you need and deserve both.

If you're navigating similar challenges, you don't have to do it alone. My 1:1 sessions provide a safe space to be heard and a clear path forward.

That meltdown over a "small" comment? The intense reaction to a perceived "unfair" situation? It might not be what you think.

For children with ADHD, Justice Sensitivity isn't being dramatic or difficult. It's a hardwired, visceral reaction to unfairness—real or perceived. Their nervous system sounds a full-scale alarm, and the emotional pain is very, very real.

As parents, it can be confusing, embarrassing and exhausting. We often find ourselves stuck between validating their big feelings and managing the behaviour.

You are not alone in this. And more importantly, there are ways to support your child through these intense moments without losing your own peace.

➡️ Swipe through to understand Justice Sensitivity and get my top 3 simple starter tips.

It often starts quietly.

A disagreement about the amount of screen time. A stressful bedtime that ends in tears (for everyone). A sad or angry feeling that you're not on the same team when it comes to discipline.

These parenting challenges aren't just about the kids. They're tiny fissures that can grow into a chasm between partners. You start to feel alone, misunderstood, and critical of each other's methods. The very person who should be your greatest ally starts to feel like another problem to manage.

The truth is, you're both trying your best. The issue isn't a lack of love; it's often a lack of a shared strategy and a safe space to communicate without judgment.

This is where parent coaching comes in. It's not about telling you how to raise your child. It's about helping you and your partner:
🔹 Find your common ground and parent from a united front.
🔹 Translate your shared values into a consistent, calm approach.
🔹 Communicate as a team, so you can support each other instead of working at cross-purposes.

Your relationship was the foundation of your family. Let's strengthen that foundation, together.

If this resonates, book a free discovery call and let's talk about how we can bring you back to the same team.
