At Mayfair Home Furniture we think it’s important to provide a comprehensive service to our customers, which is why we offer free white glove delivery on orders*. This two-man service means that your furniture will be carefully delivered to you and assembled before all packaging is removed from your property. Since most of the items on our website are made to order lead times can vary from product

to product, but we will give you a rough estimate when you pay for your order. We know that waiting for beautiful new furniture makes you feel a little like a child at Christmas which is why we’ll give you weekly updates of your order so that you can keep track of the manufacturing process. In order to get our products to you in the best possible condition we ship directly from the manufacturer wherever they may be; it could the UK, Italy, Spain, Germany or anywhere else in Europe where our partners are located. When products are ready to be shipped you will be contacted by our distribution company who will arrange a convenient delivery date and time with you. If you miss your delivery we will call you to rearrange, however, if your original delivery slot was agreed to over the phone you will incur a small charge for redelivery. Unfortunately due to the size and weight of most of our products it is not possible for customers to arrange their own pick-up of products. Your impeccable Mayfair customer experience doesn’t end when you place an order with us; we have carefully chosen our distribution partners to ensure that you get the very best level of service throughout the delivery process, too. We work with two key delivery companies:

HD Network:

Upon delivering your furniture, HD Network will assemble it and dispose of the packaging for you, going above and beyond to ensure you’re happy with your new item. Arrow cover 98% of the UK population and deliver 6 days a week. Interlink Express;

We work with Interlink Express for the delivery of smaller items, as they provide our customers with an incredibly convenient 1 hour delivery window and provide real-time maps so that you know exactly where your items are when en-route to you.
