Frixos, our Finance Director, has been an integral part of the Atlas family for 12 years now and has an incredible wealth of experience across all our services.
This week we caught up with Frixos and put him under the spotlight đź’ˇ
➡️ What do you love most about your job?
"I love meeting new clients and keeping them happy. It is essential and has to be my favourite part of my role here at Atlas."
➡️ We asked Frixos what advice he would give a client.
"Property is rarely perfect; there will always be ups and downs and issues to resolve. That's where we can help. Let Atlas deal with these so you can enjoy the long-term benefits of owning property."
➡️ If you could live or invest anywhere in London, where would it be?
"That's a tricky question, but I think it would be Hampstead. The area is full of beautiful homes and green spaces, and also very close to town!"
➡️ What has been your favourite project to work on and why?
"My favourite project is the commercial property we manage on Old Street. The building was acquired in 2015. Shortly after we obtained planning permissions to extensively develop the property. The works were carried out to a high standard to produce beautiful showroom and office spaces, all of which were rented to good tenants. We have been managing the property ever since, and it remains one of the best buildings in our management portfolio."
