Tonight’s inspo is all about this little tray!

Styling things in a collection adds a professional and finished look to your home. A tray gives your collection a base, and make it more of a feature. This slim white ceramic tray looks great styled in smaller spaces such as window ledges. I love it styled in a bathroom with hand soap and hand lotion. It’s also great for bits and bobs and loose change to keep things tidy. How would you style yours?

5 sleeps wow!!!!

I’m trying to de clutter my home and make things look lovely and festive and failing with my 5 and 7 year old broken up from school!! 😂🎄

However the small parts of the house that do look tidy make up for the ones that don’t!!

Tonight’s inspo is this white frantic vase. Our ceramics range has been highest popular this year. Imported from Sweden - the pieces are handmade, and have. Lovely delicate Matt white finish. They look beautiful styled with most things. Here with some foliage from the garden, adding a seasonal hint with the red berries. They look gorgeous styled with greenery - Eucalyptus is also a favourite.

And our top tip tonight is specifically around mood lighting. Add an inexpensive dimmer switch to wall, table and floor lamps to allow you to control the mood and ambience of your room, and this is something I use a lot. I love how adding soft lighting to your room in an evening makes everything feel more relaxed and calm.

My Glamorous Place is an online Homewares retailer based here in York (www.myglamorousplace.com). It was founded by Becky & Charlotte as they were struggling to add the finishing touches to their homes with product that had a glamorous and stylish edge. They met buying for Asda nearly 20 years ago & have experience buying homewares for major retailers for over 15 years & have now decided to use this experience to create My Glamorous Place.
