This home restoration project was incredible. We restored 2404 sq.ft floor space and this included 3 floors and a basement. Once restored, the home now has 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, living open kitchen space, a second living space and large basement which includes a laundry room.

There was many things found during the early stages of build process that were unexpected and complex due to the state of the home but it allowed are team to really put all their knowledge in practise.

A big well done to the team!
