Кухня в минималистичном стиле это отличный способ заявить о тихой роскоши. Простота форм и отсутствие элементов декора с лихвой компенсируются натуральными материалами и современными решениями.

Так, на этой кухне мы использовали для фасадов центральной части тот же материал, что и на столешницу, фартук и остров - керамику итальянского бренда Neolith Krater. Чтобы сбалансировать холодный, но богатый рисунок керамики, мы решили использовать на фасадах и корпусах пеналов массив натурального дерева, заморенный в коньячный оттенок.

Витрины здесь выполнены из специального стекла, становящегося прозрачным при включении подсветки внутри верхних шкафов. В остальное время стекло витрин имеет эффект зеркала, скрывая внутреннее наполнение.

В проекте использована редкая модель газовой варочной поверхности с интегрированной в нее вытяжкой ELICA TESLA FLAME, чтобы невысокой хозяйке было удобно ее чистить, и все запахи мгновенно высасывались прямо из посуды на плите.

Такая кухня никогда не потеряет свой актуальный вид, и отлично подойдет тем, кто устал от ежедневного визуального шума. А еще она красиво сочетается с осенним пейзажем за окном, не правда ли?

Concept development for a fireplace wall in a private home from our latest project in Yateley. 🤩

The ceiling height is very small, so we divide the length of the accent wall into several zones - two niches and a ledge with a fireplace. This technique allows you to visually “raise” the ceilings.

This living room is not on the sunny side of a private house, so the room itself is quite dark. We decided to use this to create a cozy atmosphere in muted tones.

Hello, everyone! Today, I want to show you the kitchen fittings we work with and the interesting innovations we incorporate into our kitchen projects.

Primarily, in our kitchens, we use hardware from the Austrian brand BLUM—for both drawers and hinged doors, as well as lift systems. For drawers, we utilize four BLUM options, each with a different cost. Consequently, one kitchen can be priced in four different configurations, allowing the customer to choose the most suitable option based on cost.

For corner cabinets, we employ the FLYBOX LAMNA system from the Italian brand VIBO. Unlike other corner units with shelves lacking borders, VIBO’s system includes four square containers that can be used similarly to pull-out drawers. It can withstand a load of 40 kg, has a smooth closing mechanism, and features anti-slip coating on the shelves.

For transparent kitchen cabinets, we use invisible hinges from the Italian brands SALICE and MIXAL. This allows us to use a slim profile for glass insertion—just 20 mm!

In our kitchens, we also implement systems for concealing functional zones entirely, such as a minibar or pantry. Depending on the customer’s budget, we use the Italian pocket door system from SALICE or the German sliding door system from HETTICH.

And finally, we always enhance our kitchens with various decorative elements, such as the open shelving system from the Italian brand MIXAL. This system is a perfect fit for kitchens as well as libraries, living rooms, or wardrobes. That’s why we not only craft kitchens but also all other furniture, ensuring the customer’s interior is harmoniously styled.

Hello, everyone! It's me again, Julia, I'am a kitchen designer. Just take a look at this airy kitchen in creamy tones with a peninsula!

I could never have achieved such a beautiful project if the clients hadn't listened to me and decided against the American-style Side-by-Side refrigerator. That's because such a refrigerator disrupts the aesthetics of any interior style except for loft and industrial. Moreover, its large dimensions disrupt the proportions of kitchens in small spaces. And besides what I've already mentioned, these fridges require a lot of space for installation and door operation.

Luckily, in this project, the clients trusted me, and I found them a large and spacious built-in refrigerator from LIEBHERR (Germany), which fit perfectly into the niche left by the developer.

In the tall cabinet with the microwave, we concealed gas utilities (boiler and meter), sewage pipes, and filters with a reverse osmosis system for water purification and subsequent mineralization.

For the dishwasher, I created a triple false front to maintain symmetry with the other base cabinets featuring pull-out drawers. I always design base cabinets with pull-out drawers rather than hinged doors because they are more spacious and provide easy access to kitchen utensils without the need to squat or bend.

All the mechanisms for the pull-out drawers on base cabinets and lift-up opening systems on the upper cabinets are from BLUM (Austria). The height of the work surface in the main part of the kitchen and on the peninsula is different, but both are tailored to the anatomical features of the clients to ensure that their necks and lower backs are not strained during cooking.

Hello everyone!

My name is Konstantin, I'm the founder of FRAU KITCHEN, and today I want to share a bit about our approach to design.

In our company, we have our own internal database of interior standards and design solutions. It's constantly updated with current information and modern regulations.

I'd like to provide you with a few examples of such solutions that have been delighting our customers for many years:
⠀
✅ Edging all edges of the MFC carcass. Even in places where it's not visible! The edging protects the MFC from moisture pe*******on and reduces the release of chemical substances from it when heated;

✅ Recessed kitchen lighting (integrated into the bottom of cabinets). Besides aesthetics, this approach allows for easy installation of a backsplash made of tempered glass or a wall panel;

✅ High-quality non-flickering lighting. Many overlook this, installing cheap strip lights under cabinets, assuming that since the lighting is low, there won't be any glare. However, when you're seated at the kitchen table, you're below the cabinet lighting level, leading to poor lighting and eye fatigue;

✅ Installing a garbage disposal unit under the smaller bowl of a one-and-a-half sink. Thanks to this solution, the disposal unit doesn't take up the center of the cabinet, but is offset to the side. This makes space for a sorting system of any height under the sink;
✅ Using false fronts – this is when all joints on the kitchen cabinet doors are at the same height and in line, rather than staggered. This approach allows combining drawers of varying heights without compromising symmetry, and also concealing built-in appliances and swing doors;

✅ Always ensuring there's a spare power outlet under the sink. It has proven useful many times when customers decided to install a water heater or a garbage disposal unit later on.
