He represented Horizon Ventures on the boards of Spotify, Siri (prior to the acquisition by Apple in 2010), Summly, Affectiva, Ginger, DoubleTwist, Bitcasa, Fixmom Desti and many others. He also founded SparkLabsGlobal, a seed investment fund and incubator with a truly global presence. Today, Frank’s passion lies in educating the next generation of entrepreneurs, which is why he co-founded SmartUp.
