A big welcome to Chris Grimmond, our new Sales Director!

Drawn to The Collective by our sustainability focus, collaborative culture, and ambitious plans for growth, Chris brings a relationship-led approach to sales – built on really listening to client needs and supporting projects from early design through to installation.

Expect dedication, honesty, proactive support… and plenty of English Breakfast tea (no coffee ☕️).

Lunch, learning, and a fresh look at The Collective’s acoustic solutions.

Millie and Laura spent the afternoon with MCM Architects, showcasing The Collective’s acoustic range, with a spotlight on Collective Print Timber, where material-led design meets acoustic performance.

Always a pleasure sharing ideas with such a curious, design-led team.

Last night we opened our showroom for a brilliant evening with Sisters in Property.

We spent the night creating 2026 vision boards, using 24mm EchoPanel as the base, practical, tactile, and perfect for getting creative.

What made it really special was the mix in the room. Different roles, different sectors, all coming together to share ideas and inspiration.

Thanks to everyone who joined us, and to SIP for bringing such a great energy into the space 💚

Fuji Roku and Juni featured in this innovative and functional workspace that has been curated to evoke peace and productivity. A collaborative design project brought to life by the talented Siren Design, Hunter Mason and Boys Project.

The Fuji ceiling tiles make for a striking boardroom feature, a nod to art deco design language. Boasting a high sound absorption rating, the fuji collection increases speech intelligibility in all work zones.
