Our "pitch-perfect" (Plays International Magazine), "side-splittingly hilarious" (GScene Magazine) production of The Bald Prima Donna is back for a few days only at The Cockpit Theatre, Marylebone as part of the Camden Fringe. Catch us there between now and Sunday. We received this lovely note from one (independent) member of the public last night: "Just got in from a terrific production of Ionesco's THE BALD PRIMA DONNA at the Cockpit Theatre in Gateforth St ... a wonderfully funny hour and ten minutes that had me laughing out loud throughout. And disconcerted when it was over. Can't recommend it enough." Early evening performances and a running time of just 75 minutes mean you'll be out with plenty of time to mull over the absurdity you've just witnessed and to enjoy the rest of your evening.

Gosh, we open tomorrow! Who knew it would come around this quickly?!

We are at The Cockpit Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday at 7pm and Sunday at 6pm as part of 2015's Camden Fringe.

Hello lovely people of Facebook!

Huge apologies for keeping you in the dark so long since our little sejour Upstairs at The Gatehouse.

We come bearing glad tidings of great joy! (No not the resurrection) but we are coming to The Cockpit! That's right! In Marylebone!

We are delighted to be a part of the Camden Fringe this year and couldn't be more excited to be performing at such a wonderful venue.

If you weren't able to catch us in Highgate (shame on you) then we will forgive you if you come and see our 4* show this time around.

The show runs from Wednesday 26th-Saturday 29th August at 7pm and Sunday 30th August at 6pm.

We're listed alongside the likes of Stewart Lee for Alternative Comedy events in London this week. I can live with that. We're certainly alternative. The comedy is perhaps a matter of taste but has been ranked by reviewers at anywhere between "sidesplittingly hilarious" and "entertaining madness". Last night's audience was already chuckling by line three and interrupted the penultimate scene with unsolicited applause. Others have sat there in bemused, half-smiling silence, unsure what to make of the bizarre but uncomfortably familiar world unfolding before them. So The Bald Prima Donna is up and running Upstairs at The Gatehouse and boy are we running. It's fair to say that some audience members are utterly baffled. We're delighted to reveal that we had our first ever walk-outs on our opening night. But if last night's reception is anything to go by, most people are utterly charmed and absorbed by it. The reviewers love it too. Come and see Slip of the Lip Theatre's "pitch-perfect, delicious" production in Highgate between now and August 1st.
