Well hi there, ya filthy animals! It’s been a minute.
After a few months of moving house (yes, I said months 🫠), I thought it would be remiss of me to show 2022 the door without showing my final piece of the year.
This was commissioned by the lovely Chan, who was originally looking for an art deco design to go in her room but after a few consultations, she opted for this beautiful Tori Blush print in the palest pearlescent pink, with bright teal accents. The paint is Fusion (of course) Cashmere, which picks out the lighter accents of the paper beautifully. There’s a matching bedside cabinet to follow, almost done. Shout out to Chan for being so patient over the time I have been displaced - you’re a gem!

The first cassette tape I ever bought was Nirvana Unplugged in New York and I’m pretty sure that’s when my coolness peaked 😂

I’ve been desperate to use this wallpaper and it’s been such fun to work on this unit as I have many fond memories of my own collection of tapes back in the day.

This media unit is on its fourth incarnation (!) and I think I’m finally happy with it. Wrapped in the funky gold and charcoal wallpaper, and coated in Fusion Mineral Paint’s Ash, it will be a great talking point for its next owner. Here’s something that popped up on my memories today from 2 years ago. It’s hard to believe that 2020 was even a thing, let alone two years ago! Were you doing anything interesting at this time?

I remember turning this piece around in record time and loving the end result - not sure why it’s never ended up on my grid before 🤔

Painted in Fusion Algonquin with accents in Rustoleum Gold paint and wrapped in Teal textured peacock feather wallpaper.

Here’s my latest commission all finished and heading to its new home! Giulia had seen one of my earlier commissions and decided to get in touch to have her own bespoke media unit made for her new home. She found this stunning Art Deco wallpaper and we put the rest together over a couple of messages.

It’s been an absolute pleasure finishing this unit, using Fusion Mineral Paint’s Ultra Grip to prep the ultra-shiny surfaces, before adding a few coats of Raw Silk, which is an exact match to the colour of the Rasch wallpaper.

Gold leaf from adds interest to the shelves, with a coating of Fusion’s resin to protect it. Now it’s a different unit from the bland, boxy tv unit it was.

I’m not sure how June happened, but it bloody has already!

This was an impulse buy in December last year which has been a blessing for getting our house ready for viewings (deep drawers!), but has now been commissioned by one of the most beautiful souls in the world.

Here’s a little something I rustled up recently. has a couple of my pieces in her home already and wanted to do something a little off the wall for her smallest room. She chose this awesome wallpaper by to adorn this bathroom cabinet.

The maroon on the paper is an exact match to Twilight Geranium and then I sourced a beautiful made-to-order glass cabinet handle which picks up the olive green.

In February 2020, I was lucky enough to enrol on a two day workshop under the tutelage of the incredible Kata at . I learnt the intricacies of prep, painting and decoupage with wallpaper. Suffice to say, I was bitten by the upcycling bug!

I’ve come a long way since this little ikea chest of drawers, but I’ve got a long way still to go. Thank you for your support every step of the way and I look forward to sharing more with you all soon!

This sassy little chest of drawers has just been delivered to the home of a fellow cat lover. I’ve had this piece in my living room since completion and I’m already missing those distinguished faces gazing at me over their martini glasses.

I know my production line has slowed down massively, but I have a few projects in the pipeline which I can’t wait to get stuck into. Bear with me and watch this space 👀

This beautiful little bureau has been transformed into a bespoke cocktail cabinet for my lovely client, Lee

Lee had seen my OMG cocktail cabinet, and my 2D chest of drawers and had the idea to combine the two for his home. We found the perfect unit, covered off the basics of the design and Lee trusted me to get it finished without needing a sneak peek 😱 🙌

The original was cleaned, stripped and sanded. I added a shellac base to prevent bleed through and followed that with a few coats of Casement White. I added 368 vinyl stickers (yeah, I counted them 😆) and used Fusion resin from to seal the stickers. After adding new hinges and catches to ensure the cabinet could stand the test of time, I painted the lines to make it look like a 2D sketch and finished it in Polyvine varnish.

The inside of the lower cabinet is painted in Tuscan Orange from Fusion for an unexpected pop of colour.

I absolutely loved revisiting this 2D design, and I can’t wait to do more like this.

This Beautility sideboard has just been delivered to its forever home at hq in London. I couldn’t be more proud that something I poured so much of my soul into has gone to someone who really appreciates it.
