I have had lots of new likes and page activity over the last couple of weeks and a few clients getting in touch to see when I am due back.
I would just like to say that unfortunately I am not working at the moment as I am on maternity..
I have a beautiful 5 month old little boy who I am dearly loving spending precious quality time with.. 💙

✂️✂️✂️✂️✂️✂️✂️💇💇‍♂️✂️✂️✂️✂️✂️✂️✂️As far as the hairdressing industry are aware, no hairdressing services are allowed to resume before July the 4th. However this has not officially been confirmed.
Unfortunately this means that I will no longer be available for hairdressing services for a while.. Baby B is due on the 29th June, so I am on maternity leave for a few months.🤰
Please do keep in touch though, I would still love to hear from you and your families ### 😍

Update from the government/hairdressing federation..

To follow with guidance unfortunately I will not be able to work for quite sometime now. 😢
This sees the time scale pass over my due date (29th June) therefore this will carry me through into Maternity leave. I will be taking time out to enjoy precious time with baby and our 5 year old, as he will be home from school for a number of months too.
Therefore I will be out of action for quite a few months now.. I miss seeing you all.. But please do stay in touch xx 😘

So here is the post you've probably all been waiting for!
I am closed as of today. 😔
This is extremely emotional and frightening but I need to keep the safety of myself, baby and little family at home safe and well. While you continue to look after yourselves too.
This year will be my 17th year working as a freelance hairdresser and i cannot thank you all enough for your support and custom over that time! I made some amazing friends out of this job. 🥰
As I’m sure you all understand my job is very high contact, so I can’t abide to the strict rules of social distancing put in place by the government and we class as a non essential need.
However I do look forward to seeing all the home haircuts, fringe trims and home colour disasters 🙈
It is very hard but we must all give up a little of what we love to keep the ones we love safe at this time and to help the NHS from coming under more pressure.
I will be in contact with as many people as possible to confirm cancellations and see where we move forward in a couple of weeks time.. I am due to go on maternity in about 8/10 weeks time.. but no one knows quite what is happening. 🤷

Let’s hope it’s not too long before we get to see each other again.
In the meantime, take care of yourselves, your families, your neighbours.

Just thought I would pop on and let you all know our wonderful news for 2020...
We our extending our family 🥰
Our little baby is due at the end of June and we are very excited for our next chapter in life.
I shall work on for as long as I can... Guessing at somepoint in May I shall be stopping for maternity. (Fingers crossed health wise I keep well)..👍

It's nearly half term, my little boy is now at school so our holiday times work in with him... Next week we are going away and enjoying some precious family time...

Its a wonderful feeling and I feel extremely lucky that I am able to fit my work around my little boy, so that I can spend as much time with him as possible..
I thank all my wonderful clients for working with me, and for your friendships..
